I purchased a new I-Phone a couple of weeks ago and needed a little help connecting it with my telephone in my 2013 BMW 528i. I called your service department on a Saturday and everyone in your service department was to busy to get on the phone for acouple of minutes to assist me. I figured it out myself later that day. Your dealership should remember ” You never get a second chance to make a first impression” or it’s a long time before that second chance comes again.

The service advisor was extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. I mentioned that I didn’t think that my car was getting the gas mileage it should, and she basically told me I knew nothing about cars and that there could be nothing wrong with the car that would result in diminished fuel efficiency. When I told that I could name a number of problems that would do just that, she actually said the following to me: “I will got our service manager – maybe he can explain it to you in a way that you will understand”. I dropped my car off at 9:00 AM. At 6:00 PM, I still hadn’t received an update on whether my car was ready. I had to call the salesperson that sold me the car to get an update. He didn’t have one, but he called me the next day Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will think twice before I bring my car back here for service (or trade-in).

Service was done as promised but I ask if I can have my old part back, never got it back and no one is even returning to my voicemails.. there is a spot on the top of the engine that looks like a there could by a bolt missing never seen that before the service tried to contact bmw representative never got a call back

June 7 and I purchased a used Chevy Silverado pickup. Before we got off the parking lot we realized there was a problem. No one seemed to care. The part of the dash which tells you what gear your in doesn’t work. You have to count the clicks. We told them on Saturday and also Monday when I had to make another trip to get proof of insurance which was done. We did not ask for a lower price on the truck but had no idea it had problems.

Our agreed upon price for a service after I bought a vehicle was increased because the salesman “didn’t understand what I wanted”. So instead of arguing with (dealer), instead I will take my future business elsewhere.

To Who it concerns : I got the worst service i have ever gotten at a dealership from (Dealership) in Mt Vernon,In. I bought a car from there, and i was kinda talked into buying the Zylion car protectant…!!!! What a big mistake that was on my part……Would never do that again,,,, Well anyway they was suppose to contact me to come and get this stuff put on( which takes 4 hrs) ….plus get a few other things done to the car that the salesman Randy said they would take care of………. Well they never did contact me and it was 3 weeks since i bought the car !!…..so i finally had to call them to get this stuff done to my car ! Great Service So Far Huh…..!! Well i finally get the car in and they give me a loaner because its gonna take a while to do the stuff they got to do to the car……….(which i get back the following week) WOW…..Do i get it back alright…!!!! MY HOOD HAS DEEP SCRATCHES IN IT…….SCRATCHES ON THE DOORS BY THE HANDLES…….AND BIG SCRATCH IN THE TRUNK LID…..!!!!! REALLY GREAT SERVICE……!!!!! Plus they didnt apply the so called Zylion to the rocker panels or to the wheel wells…..PLUS they didnt even wipe any the grime from the places that it had on it…..!!!! WOW…….HERE i go again…….Finally get a hold of Randy the salesman that i got it from and we set up another time to bring the car in so they can try to get the SCRATCHES OUT…..plus the car needed a frontend lined up on it and they was gonna do that to while they had it………Stuff in the front end that Randy said that they would take care of…….!!!! Well i finally get a call saying that my car is done and i can come and get it……..!!! WOW…..the car was even worse this time..!!! IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HIT SOMETHING WITH THE FRONT BUMPER……..SPIDERWEBBED THE PAINT AND PUT NICE 2 1/2 INCH PAINT SCRAPE……IN IT…….!!!!! PLUS THEY CHARGED ME 49 BUCKS FOR DOING IT……!!!!!!! GREAT SERVICE DONT YOU THINK….!!! NOW TELL ME……HOW DO YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM………VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CAR……!!!!!!

I drove over an hour because (Dealership) had the vehicle I wanted. The sales process went well and the last piece was talking to the sales manager Derrick. I advised him that I already had financing thru USAA and that it takes 3 days for the loan to go thru and that he needed to submit the paperwork in a timely manor. Since this was a sat and of labor day weekend, I knew the best that could be done was the following Tuesday, and I was OK with that. However He did not submit the paperwork on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and was told by the salesman he did. I followed up with USAA on Wednesday morning, no paperwork submitted, and Derrick off for the next 2 days. I called back 3 times on Wednesday just to ensure that the paperwork was done. and while it did get done, it had to be done twice as the first set used wrong numbers. for the next 2 days I must have made 20 phone calls trying to follow up…I even tried the General Manager who did not take my calls. I walked in there with the money to buy the truck all they had to do was fill in the blanks & they couldn’t even get that right I would not recommend (Dealership) to anyone, even my enemy!!!!!

I BROUGHT MY CAR NOV OF 2012. I WAS TOLD I GET 6 FREE OIL CHANGES, AND I WAS SENTED ONE ON MY BIRTHDAY. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE IN JUNE 2014, I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE ONE MORE FREE OIL CHANGE AVALIBLE. AFTER LOOKING INTO THE COMPUTER THEY RELIZDE THERE WAS A MISTAKE, AND I DID RECEIVE MY FREE OIL CHANGE. INSTEAD I GOT CHARGE $ 60.00, FOR AN AIR FILTER AND ANOTHER ITEM. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF TO PAY 19.99 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND GETTING THE AIR FILTER INCLUDED. I LEFT FEELING I HAD BEEN SCAM.

I am completely upset with the whole experience and I believe (employee) and and his Manager should be fired for lying to customers

I felt ripped off the last time we came in for service. We are going to be buying another vehicle in the next month, but our long, long 20 year association with (Dealer) will be terminated due to this last visit-including buying a new vehicle. All this based on me feeling ripped off for “service fees” that really told me what I already knew at hundreds of dollars cost to me. I don’t care to talk to you as you can’t fix this.

I will no longer be doing business with you. On Saturday, June 15, the finance manager in finishing up & signing final papers, was asked as we were concerned that he might not get all necessary information since it was on a Saturday. We asked him if it would be a problem & he said he had ways of getting around if & not to worry as there would be no problem. We called a week later to make sure that there would be no problems. Mind you, during that week, (& not all Saturdays) they said everything was fine. Three weeks later, we got a bill for $319. If he couldn’t be more accurate than that, maybe he should not work on Saturdays. From all this I’ve told you, I am just a little aggravated. I look at it like this – he could have let us know of any issues that following monday which did not take place. It seemed he was only interested in selling a car and not really in dealing with customers.

I will NEVER do any business with this auto group ever again. You spot deliver cars and I am going to tell everyone in the region I work with to avoid doing business with your organization. Then I’m going to work with state legislation so that a bill is introduced to make spot delivery is ILLEGAL. This after I gather other testimonials of how your organization plays on peoples emotions and makes them feel as though you’re doing them a favor because they have marginal credit
