Came in lease a jeep. When it came time to look at my ’05 Laredo I was offered a embarrassingly low price. this proved to be a deal breaker considering that I bought the Laredo from you and only brought in to your dealership foe service. Wont ever consider RCJ in the future.

I was sold a certified used 2008 Chrysler lemon of a car went over and over to dealership nothing was ever covered nobody cared I did get some reimbursement from Chrysler corp but dealership svc terrible I got rid if car and will never buy from that dealership ever again

I wanted a answer why my rear defogger didn’t work and all he told me was it’s getting 12 volts and that’s all we can do.

Had oil changed on the 2014 (car) and found the front bumper is now showing a scratch on the lower left , and the left front tire also has a gouge in it . Damaged when the car was driven into the shop and pulled into the mechanic’s stall. The bumper is going to have to be repaired.

Have service contract which seems to be of no use. Loose covered part probably caused damage to rear $500 brake job. The deductible was more than the covered part consequently contract useless. This is a two year old Town & Country. Rear brakes are shot before the front brakes? Try and kid someone else would you ? Something is rotten in Denmark. This is my third T & C , perhaps my last.

I made an appointment over a week ago to get my car fixed and requested a rental vehicle because it’s the only car I have. Now you guys have put off my appointment for two days and the whole reason you guys made me make an appointment was to make sure I had a rental vehicle now my car is still broke and you guys still don’t have a rental for me so who knows how many more days you will put me off. The last time I brought my car in I had to go pay for a rental somewhere else n coated me hundreds of dollars . It’s suppose to be included in my warranty I don’t think it’s fair that I should be waiting like this I think it’s very poor business I’ve never had to wait for a rental at any other dealership

June 7 and I purchased a used Chevy Silverado pickup. Before we got off the parking lot we realized there was a problem. No one seemed to care. The part of the dash which tells you what gear your in doesn’t work. You have to count the clicks. We told them on Saturday and also Monday when I had to make another trip to get proof of insurance which was done. We did not ask for a lower price on the truck but had no idea it had problems.

Our agreed upon price for a service after I bought a vehicle was increased because the salesman “didn’t understand what I wanted”. So instead of arguing with (dealer), instead I will take my future business elsewhere.

I drove over an hour because (Dealership) had the vehicle I wanted. The sales process went well and the last piece was talking to the sales manager Derrick. I advised him that I already had financing thru USAA and that it takes 3 days for the loan to go thru and that he needed to submit the paperwork in a timely manor. Since this was a sat and of labor day weekend, I knew the best that could be done was the following Tuesday, and I was OK with that. However He did not submit the paperwork on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and was told by the salesman he did. I followed up with USAA on Wednesday morning, no paperwork submitted, and Derrick off for the next 2 days. I called back 3 times on Wednesday just to ensure that the paperwork was done. and while it did get done, it had to be done twice as the first set used wrong numbers. for the next 2 days I must have made 20 phone calls trying to follow up…I even tried the General Manager who did not take my calls. I walked in there with the money to buy the truck all they had to do was fill in the blanks & they couldn’t even get that right I would not recommend (Dealership) to anyone, even my enemy!!!!!

I BROUGHT MY CAR NOV OF 2012. I WAS TOLD I GET 6 FREE OIL CHANGES, AND I WAS SENTED ONE ON MY BIRTHDAY. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE IN JUNE 2014, I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE ONE MORE FREE OIL CHANGE AVALIBLE. AFTER LOOKING INTO THE COMPUTER THEY RELIZDE THERE WAS A MISTAKE, AND I DID RECEIVE MY FREE OIL CHANGE. INSTEAD I GOT CHARGE $ 60.00, FOR AN AIR FILTER AND ANOTHER ITEM. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF TO PAY 19.99 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND GETTING THE AIR FILTER INCLUDED. I LEFT FEELING I HAD BEEN SCAM.

I am completely upset with the whole experience and I believe (employee) and and his Manager should be fired for lying to customers
